The nativity of the Lord Jesus is celebrated with great Joy and devotion at Nirmalpadav

Christmas is a season of love and Peace. The celebration brings togetherness among all through sharing. The Celebration of Christmas began with Carol Singing at 7:00 pm followed by the festal Holy Eucharistic celebration of Christmas Eve at 7.30pm, Celebrated by Rev. Fr. Reginald Pinto, Director of Sampada, Udupi Diocese and concelebrated by Fr. Denis Dsouza , Parish Priest . In his homily, Fr Reginald Pinto said that the world awaited the arrival of Jesus Chirst, who is the light of the world. He also said that the celebration of Christmas brings us together, unity and peace. We should try to build happy families by helping poor and needy. Fr Denis D’Souza , Parish Priest in his thanksgiving note offered Christmas wishes to all the faithful at the end of the mass. After the Mass, Youth of the parish had organised a game of housie , lucky draw and Dance with Santa that was held in the open parish hall, all parishioners together after mass where they all greeted each other and enjoyed the fun of the Christmas Eve . Delicious dinner was served to all gathered , which is sponsored by few well wishers to enhance Christmas Joy.

May Jesus who was born in the manger come and continue to stay in our lives and may we radiate His love and peace to all around us.
