The Nirmalpadav Youth Movement (ICYM & YCS) of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Church celebrated the Youth Day on 14th August 2022. The Youth Day commenced with Eucharistic Mass at 8:15 am , celebrated by Rev. Fr Denis Dsouza, parish Priest. The Liturgical responsibility was taken up by AYM members.

Fr Denis Dsouza in his homily said, "Mother Mary showed her obedience and she agreed for God's plan to be carried out through her. She was not only obedient to God but also asked every one of us to be obedient. During today’s life journey we will be facing or passing through various kinds of issues. To be obedient is not easy but it can bring with it the grace of God. The Holy Catholic Church needs youth today".

Nirmalites Youth celebrated their day by planting trees. This event has brought awareness among the students and the gathering about the grow green initiative in and around the city and has strengthened the bond between plants and humans.

Fr Denis Dsouza Parish Priest, Mr. Arun Dsilva vice president of the parish council & Mrs. Anitha Dsa Secretary, Mrs. Jacintha Dsa  animator of 18 commissions were present during this occasion.
