August 8th 2021, Sunday : The energized ‘Nirmalite Youngsters’ led by the ICYM & YCS at Our Lady of Perpetual Succour church gathered to celebrate the National Youth day . The event commenced with Holy Eucharistic Mass 8.15 am with the main celebrant Rev. Fr Denis Dsouza, to thank Almighty Lord for his bountiful blessings in the Holy Eucharist. The liturgy was led by the youth YCS/YSM unit celebrating NATIONAL YOUTH SUNDAY.

After the Mass, YCS along with the ICYM unit gathered together to plant saplings, which means as a team, we join our hands together which grow as a tree and shadow for many in their time of difficulties. Ms. Lisha Dsouza was felicitated after the mass, for being appointed as a President of YCS unit, Karkala Deanery.

Rev Fr.Denis Dsouza, parish priest along with Mr Arun Dsilva ,Vice president ,Mrs Anitha Dsa , secretary of the parish council and Mrs Jyothi Castelino Animator of YCS were also present.
